Adam Livengood, DPT - Owner

I have been a PT since 2001. I previously worked in a hospital, a nursing home, and then in outpatient. Orthopedics and an active rehab are my focus. I opened MOPT in 2007. I have also done extensive work-related rehab and some school-based therapy. Outside of the clinic I enjoy soccer - coaching, refereeing, and watching my kids. I love the Tarheels. And I love TV!

Riley Tyndall, DPT

My passion for physical therapy began while working at the front desk at MOPT, where I had the opportunity to see firsthand the impact rehabilitation can have on patients' lives. I went on to earn my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Campbell University in December of 2025. I enjoy working with a variety of patient populations, with special interests in amputee rehabilitation, vestibular disorders, Parkinson's disease, and other neurological conditions. My goal is to provide individualized, evidence-based care that helps patients achieve their goals and return to the activities they enjoy. Outside of the clinic, you'll likely find me running, doing CrossFit, reading, relaxing at the beach, or spending time with family and friends.

Ethan Brock, PTA

I have been a physical therapist assistant since 2018. I enjoy working with orthopedic patients including joint-replacements and athletes on sport-related injuries. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy fishing, hunting, and spending time with my family and friends.

Technician and Certified Personal Trainer

With a background as a physical therapy technician, I now work with clients in a personal training role. Outside of work, I enjoy time with family and singing karaoke. 

Christian Gonzalez, Clinic Manager

I oversee daily operations including patient scheduling, insurance authorizations, and front desk communication. I am currently attending University of Mount Olive, where I am continuing my education. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy attending church and playing the guitar.
